CustomerX is the UK’s new cross-sector commerce summit. Two days, one building, nine sectors — on 14–15 October 2026, at the all-new Olympia, London.
Expect keynotes, closed-door Think Tanks, curated 1-2-1 meetings, and the kind of practical, cross-industry conversation a single-sector event can’t offer.
Built for commercial leaders across customer experience, loyalty & CRM, commerce & payments, operations, brand & marketing, data & AI, and the C-suite.
What brings the room together isn’t a shared industry, it’s a shared challenge: winning a greater share of your customer’s attention, loyalty and disposable income as the boundaries between retail, travel, hospitality, finance and media fade away.
CustomerX runs across Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 October 2026:
CustomerX is a senior, cross-sector business audience, so business or smart casual is a safe bet. Comfortable footwear is worth it too — the day includes plenty of movement between theatres, the show floor and meeting areas.
Registration runs through three dedicated pathways, depending on your role:
Use the link for your audience type and complete the required details — you’ll receive a confirmation email once your registration has been reviewed and accepted.
Your confirmation email contains your registration details and the QR code you’ll need for check-in. If it hasn’t landed within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting the team.
Yes — substitutions are possible up to 24 hours before the event. The replacement attendee needs to meet the same eligibility criteria as the original registration.
Bring your registration confirmation. Having your QR code ready on your phone will help speed things up.
The all-new Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX. CustomerX is one of the first major events to take place in Olympia’s newly rebuilt, £1.3 billion events campus.
Kensington (Olympia) is the nearest station. Additional routes are available via West Kensington, Barons Court and Shepherd’s Bush, depending on your journey.
CustomerX’s hosted meetings programme pairs you with personally matched, opt-in conversations relevant to your priorities — no cold outreach, no scheduling back-and-forth.
Meetings are arranged in advance through the CustomerX platform and take place in a dedicated, quiet meeting area on the show floor. Your personalised agenda shows exactly who you’re meeting, and the time, location and duration of each appointment.
Personalised meeting schedules are released in the weeks before the event and may continue to update as further meetings are confirmed.
Requests can be submitted through the CustomerX platform, subject to availability and mutual acceptance. A request doesn’t guarantee a confirmed appointment.
Please let the event team or your meeting partner know as soon as possible. We’ll try to find another slot during an open networking period, but rescheduling can’t be guaranteed.
Refreshments and catering are available throughout the event from our catering partners. Full details and service times will appear in the event schedule.
Olympia London’s redevelopment includes modern, accessible facilities. Attendees who require additional support should contact the event team in advance so suitable arrangements can be confirmed.
Complimentary event Wi-Fi and charging points will be available. Bringing a fully charged device or portable charger is still a good idea.
A cloakroom is available near the event entrance.
